MBSC Referral Program

Do you know a quality business that MBSC should be speaking with?

Great businesses are often found through great people.

If you introduce MBSC to a business we ultimately acquire, you’ll receive a €10,000 success fee, paid at closing. Simple as that.

MBSC is looking for high-quality, owner-managed businesses where the owner may be considering a transition. All conversations are strictly confidential and there’s no obligation for the seller.

If someone in your network might be open to a conversation, we’d love an introduction and we’ll happily reward it if it leads to an acquisition.

Program Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

Participants must be at least 18 years of age
You may refer any business owner, provided you are not referring yourself or a business in which you hold a direct financial interest

2. Referral Fee

A €10,000 referral fee will be paid if:

You introduce a business owner to MBSC, and
That introduction results in a completed acquisition of the business by MBSC or an affiliated acquisition vehicle

3. Referral Process

Referrals must be made directly to MBSC via email, referral form, or another approved method
All information provided must be accurate and complete
A referral is deemed valid only once: (1) We confirm acceptance of the introduction, and (2) we have held a direct one-on-one discussion with the business owner
Referrals are not eligible if MBSC has already had contact with the business prior to the introduction
MBSC will manage all discussions and negotiations with the business owner unless otherwise agreed in writing

4. Payment of the Referral Fee

The referral fee will be paid within 30 days of completion of the acquisition
Payment will be made via the method agreed at or prior to closing
MBSC reserves the right to withhold payment if the referral was not made in good faith or if the referred business is not legitimate

5. Tax Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any taxes, fees, or charges arising from receipt of the referral fee
MBSC shall not be responsible for any tax reporting or withholding obligations and shall be indemnified against any related claims

6. Confidentiality

You agree to keep all information relating to the referral and any potential transaction strictly confidential
No information may be disclosed to third parties without prior written consent from MBSC

7. No Obligation

Participation in the Program does not obligate MBSC to pursue or complete any transaction

8. Modifications

MBSC may modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time without notice

9. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless MBSC from any claims, losses, or damages arising from your participation in the Program

10. Termination

You may terminate participation at any time by notifying MBSC in writing
MBSC may terminate your participation if it reasonably believes you have breached these terms or acted in bad faith

11. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Netherlands
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Amsterdam, the Netherlands

Who can participate?

No. The program is designed for private individuals and informal business contacts, not professional intermediaries.

Is my introduction confidential?

Yes. All conversations and information are handled with strict confidentiality.
