Many European SMEs enjoy solid fundamentals and yet face succession questions as founders approach retirement age. Mont Blanc Succession Capital ('MBSC') is a traditional search fund established to identify, acquire, and operate one such high-quality small to mid-sized business in the Netherlands or French-speaking Switzerland offering continuation through a tailored solution to any succession questions.
Backed by experienced investors and operators, at acquisition, I will work alongside existing management to deliver a seamless transition and drive incremental growth and innovation whilst safeguarding culture and heritage.
Investment Criteria
MBSC will focus on quality businesses in essential and stable industries that meet the following high level requirements:
- Domiciled in the Netherlands or Switzerland
- €/CHF 2-5m EBITDA
- €/CHF 10-30m Enterprise Value
- Re(o)curring, quality revenue
- 3+ year history of profitability
- Motivated seller facing succession issues
